• Use of the Barn on Friday (9-5) for set up, Saturday for the main event and Sunday until lunchtime for the tidy up​

• All tables and chairs – with a choice of either round tables or long German style beer tables with benches/chairs​

• Luxury toilets and power - Surcharge for extra fridges and freezers brought onto site by the client or caterer​

• All glassware, cutlery and crockery for up to 90 guests
